Gender equality is at the heart of almost all my activities. I work as an expert on gender equality at the Office of the Equal Opportunities Ombudsperson of Lithuania, I also teach gender theories at Vilnius University, and I am an author of two books on feminism and masculinities. For almost a year I had an exciting time working as a podcast host, inviting men and women to discuss issues related to modern masculinities.
